When I started healing my own relationship with food back in 2018, I was convinced I’d be able to work out how to stop binge eating and emotionally overeating on my own.
How hard could it be?! Quite hard, as you’re probably finding out.
You absolutely can do it alone…Or you could work with someone like me who has made all the mistakes, so you don’t have to, and get there so much faster.
I had 17 years’ experience of binge eating and emotional overeating, and now I have eight years experience of being binge and overeating free, and I’ve never looked back.
And since qualifying as a coach in 2023, I’ve pivoted my 10 years’ experience of supporting women in the charity and HE sector, to coaching women to heal their own relationships with food.

We’ll have a 30-minute Zoom call to see how we can work together. I’d love to hear what you’d like to work on, and I’ll tell you about my coaching approach.

In week one we’ll identify what’s brought you here. We’ll timeline your food and/or movement history, challenges and the impact on your life. We’ll make links between what’s going on now and your learnt behaviours and mindset around food We’ll chat about what you’d like to be different, and set a goal to work towards.

In week two we’ll uncover what’s really driving your urge to binge and we’ll focus on ways you can identify, validate and meet your needs without turning to food.

In week three we’ll explore the all-or-nothing mindset, uncover where this mindset is keeping you stuck in binge cycles, and make a plan to honour your appetite in all its forms. We’ll make a ‘reset’ plan for when all-or-nothing thinking might sabotage you between sessions.

In week four we’ll uncover the thoughts and internal chatter that you have around food, identifying what triggers this, and plan out how to support yourself when those triggers arise, so that the mind chatter goes quiet.

In week five we’ll create a plan for when the urges and cravings are loud. We’ll use brain re-wiring techniques, so that you never have to ‘think’ your way out of a binge again.

In week six we’ll take a look at the areas in life that cause you most stress and identify where and how you could feel more supported.

In week seven we’ll focus on getting your brain re-attuned to hunger and fullness cues, and plan for how you’ll intuitively recognise what your body needs.

In week eight we’ll identify when things feel tough and when you feel most challenged. Together, we’ll create a support plan for those times.
