How we’ll work together

  • We’ll have a 30-minute Zoom call to see how we can work together. I’d love to hear what you’d like to work on, and I’ll tell you about my coaching approach.

  • In week one we’ll identify what’s brought you here. We’ll timeline your food and/or movement history, challenges and the impact on your life. We’ll chat about what you’d like to be different, and set a goal to work towards.

  • In week two we’ll uncover your values and beliefs around food, movement, and your body. We’ll unpick how these are currently defining your relationship with food and movement. We’ll then define the relationship you want to have with food, movement, and your body. We’ll begin to identify some strategies to address the challenges you’re facing.

  • In week three we’ll explore food and movement freedom, unpick the scarcity mindset around food, and rediscover your appetite. We’ll establish healthy boundaries vs control, and identify areas where food and movement boundaries might need to shift.

  • In week four we’ll uncover the thoughts and internal chatter that you have around food, identifying what triggers this, and plan out how to manage it.

  • In week five we’ll explore the all-or-nothing mindset, debunk the idea of “falling off the wagon” and make a plan to honour your appetite in all its forms. We’ll begin identifying hunger vs cravings, and how we can have both.

  • In week six we’ll explore your current relationship with movement, identifying what does and doesn’t bring you joy. We’ll explore your beliefs around movement, barriers to movement, and set some movement milestones.

  • In week seven we’ll identify when things feel tough and when you feel most challenged. Together, we’ll create a support plan for those times.

  • In week eight we’ll celebrate your successes and create a plan to support you after coaching.

    We’ll meet fortnightly for eight 90-minute sessions across 16 weeks

    From week one you’ll have access to a reflective journal that supports you between sessions

  • Free top-up support

    Once you’ve completed the 4 month coaching programme, you’ll have access to one free 90-minute top-up session when you need it

Pricing

  • For this you will receive

    • 8 fortnightly 90-minute coaching sessions (£62.50 per session)

    • Access to your own reflective journal between sessions

    • One free 90-minute top-up session when you need it

  • Payment of £500 can be made upfront, or in four monthly payments of £125

  • I believe that coaching should be accessible to everyone, and my pricing reflects that.

    If you have a household income of £25,000 or less, please enquire about my discounted rates.
